These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made with Luxurist Tours and Travels OPC Pvt Ltd Company we us our. By booking a service tour or package with us you client traveler agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Definitions
Company refers to Luxurist Tours and Travels OPC Pvt Ltd Client refers to the individual or group making the booking Service refers to travel related services such as tour packages hotel bookings transportation flights sightseeing activities and other arrangements Supplier refers to airlines hotels transporters activity operators and other third party service providers

2. General Terms
Luxurist operates as a travel facilitator providing curated travel packages and related services.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from suppliers. We may modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By making a booking you acknowledge that you have read understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

3. Booking Policy
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment is received. Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour or as per the agreed schedule. Failure to pay the balance amount may result in cancellation without refund.
The client must verify all booking details including names dates destinations and inclusions before confirming the booking.

4. Pricing and Inclusions
Prices are subject to change based on availability seasonality government taxes currency fluctuations and supplier pricing.
Package cost includes only the items listed under Inclusions in your itinerary. Items not listed in the inclusions will be considered exclusions and may have additional charges.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through email or approved communication channels.
Unless otherwise mentioned in your package the standard cancellation charges are as follows
More than 60 days before travel
Booking amount is non refundable

31 to 60 days before travel
50 percent of total package cost

30 days or less before travel
100 percent of total package cost

No refund applies to
No shows
Missed tours
Unused services
Early check outs
Delays caused by weather transport or supplier issues
Refunds if applicable may take 15 to 30 working days depending on supplier timelines.

6. Amendments and Rescheduling
Requests for date changes hotel changes or itinerary modifications must be made in writing.
Amendments are subject to availability and supplier policies. Additional charges may apply.

7. Travel Documents
Clients must carry valid identification passport visa permits tickets and any required travel documents.
We are not responsible for visa refusals immigration decisions or incorrect documents. Digital travel documents sent via email or messaging platforms will be considered delivered and valid.

8. Responsibilities and Liabilities
Luxurist acts only as an intermediary between the client and suppliers.
We are not liable for Flight or train delays or cancellations Loss of luggage or belongings Accidents injuries illness or death Natural calamities weather conditions strikes or political unrest Service failures by airlines hotels transporters or activity operators Negligence by third party providers

Compensation is governed by the policies of the concerned supplier.

9. Force Majeure
Events beyond our control such as natural disasters pandemics government restrictions technical failures political unrest or weather conditions may lead to delays changes or cancellations.
No refund or compensation will be provided in such cases.

10. Conduct and Behavior
Clients must behave responsibly and respectfully.
Any misconduct damage disturbance or violation of laws is the clients sole responsibility. We reserve the right to remove a traveler from the tour without refund if required.

11. Hotel Policies
Hotel check in and check out timings are set by the hotel. Room allocation is at the hotels discretion. Early check in or late check out is subject to availability and fees.

12. Transportation Policies
Vehicles are allocated based on group size.
Air conditioning may not work well in hilly regions.
Drivers follow local regulations and cannot work overtime.
Extra sightseeing or detours will have additional charges.

13. Health and Safety
Clients must inform us of any medical conditions during booking.
We are not liable for medical emergencies.
Clients must carry personal medication and consult doctors as needed.
Adventure activities involve risk and participation is voluntary.

14. Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their belongings.
The company is not liable for theft loss or damage of personal items.

15. Website Media and Marketing
Images on our website or materials are for representation only.
Actual services may differ.
Tour photos or videos may be used for marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Insert City and State India.

17. Acceptance of Terms
By booking with Luxurist Tours and Travels OPC Pvt Ltd you agree to all Terms and Conditions stated above.
