1. General Cancellation Charges
More than 60 days before departure
– The booking amount is non-refundable.
31 – 60 days before departure
– 50 percent of the total tour cost will be charged.
30 days or less before departure
– 100 percent of the total tour cost will be charged.
Please note that certain packages, promotional offers, peak-season tours, or customised itineraries may have different cancellation rules. The specific terms for each tour will be shared at the time of booking.

2. Booking Amount
The booking amount refers to the initial advance required to confirm your reservation.
This amount is non-refundable under all circumstances, unless specified otherwise for a particular package.

3. Supplier or Third-Party Cancellation Policies
Services such as flights, hotels, trains, cruises, safaris, visas, activities, and travel insurance are governed by the individual cancellation policies of their respective suppliers.
In cases where supplier policies differ from our policy, the supplier’s terms will prevail, and refunds will be processed accordingly.

4. Non-Refundable Components
The following components, where applicable, are strictly non-refundable, even in case of cancellation:
* Visa fees
* Travel insurance
* Flight, rail, or cruise tickets as per the carrier’s rules
* Government taxes
* Convenience or processing fees
* Any service already utilised or confirmed on non-refundable terms

5. No-Show and Early Departure
No-show, meaning failure to arrive for the trip or any part of it, will be treated as a 100 percent cancellation, with no refund applicable.
Early departures or unused services during the tour are also non-refundable.

6. Force Majeure or Unforeseen Circumstances
In cases beyond our control such as natural disasters, weather conditions, political unrest, pandemics, government restrictions, or any force majeure event, refunds and cancellations will strictly follow the rules of suppliers and service providers.
Luxurist will assist you to the best of our ability, but we cannot be held responsible for losses arising from such circumstances.

7. Refund Process and Timelines
If a refund is applicable as per the terms above:
* Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days.
* Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment, unless mutually agreed otherwise.
* Banking delays may extend the processing time slightly.
